At Framework by miranda, we strive to provide each client with the highest quality service and care. To ensure we can accomodate the following cancellation and no-show policy;

Cancellation window:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hour hours before the scheduled time

Late cancellation fee:

• Cancellation made within 6 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost

No - show fee:

• Client who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost

Exceptions:

• We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the fee at our discretion.

Payment method:

• A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no - show.

Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees

• Clients will only be permitted to reschedule their appointment for a maximum of 2 times
